Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when scheduling a briefing or engaging our services — name, company, email, and details discussed on scheduling forms or calls. We do not collect information beyond what is reasonably needed to deliver and administer our services.
Scheduling & Third-Party Tools
Booking a call routes you to Google Calendar's appointment scheduling system, which is operated by Google under its own privacy terms. Any calendar or contact details you submit there are governed by Google's privacy policy in addition to this one.
How We Use Your Information
We use client information solely to deliver, invoice, and improve the Axiom Media engagement: producing assets, coordinating approvals, and communicating about your account. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Account & Distribution Security
As stated in our service terms, we never request personal passwords or two-factor authentication codes. Distribution is handled exclusively through verified enterprise scheduling tools or native delegate/admin access that you control and can revoke at any time.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate site traffic and improve this website. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept our cookie banner; you may decline at any time, and your choice is remembered on this device. IP addresses are anonymized before being used for analytics.
Data Retention
We retain client materials and recordings for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period after, to support revisions and account history, unless you request earlier deletion in writing.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting saud@getaxiommedia.com.
